The objective is to promote active and healthy aging by working on the cognitive and physical areas to improve the small difficulties that appear with age..

We teach them at the headquarters of the Association, on Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00 a 12:30h

All those people who are interested in maintaining their physical potential, mental y social, being autonomous as long as possible, they just have to contact the Association; well in person, or by phone
